Challenge
This project was designed to assist wellness coaches as they transition out of wellness coaching to another role or leave the company. The goal was to create a streamlined process, implemented companywide to ensure that the needs of the clients are taken care of when a coach is either leaving the company or transitioning into another role.
Solution
I worked with the ProjectU Leader to gather necessary details on the project. Then, created the content and designed the job aid.
Result
The communication of expectations and processes is now streamlined into one document and used as a reference sheet. Coaches are instructed to use the document and attached email/text templates when working on their transition plan. This has reduced the number of clients lost when coaches transition out their role.
