Challenge

With the rollout of a new LMS during the pandemic, Pinellas County School District needed a quick way to provide on-demand training for users. The goal for this project was to limit the amount of training on the new program and tech help desk inquiries.

Solution

I created a fillable PDF questionnaire to accompany the Canvas LMS instructional videos. The document is meant to serve as a step-by-step guide for how to navigate the system and find solutions if users need help.

Result

Because training was available on-demand, learners were able to access and complete the training directly in the LMS, which served as practice and increased learner retention. This cut down on the number of tech help desk tickets submitted regarding Canvas.
